1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrepMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PrepMaster provides bar management software including recipe management, prep list generation, inventory tracking, and related tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  3. Reverse-engineer or copy the software
  4. Transmit malicious code or interfere with service availability

5. Payment & Cancellation

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into PrepMaster. We will not use your operational data for purposes other than delivering the service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

PrepMaster is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to any claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrepMaster operates.
